Ingredients
- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 (4 oz.) pkg. Blue cheese, crumbled
- 4 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded or cold cheese product
- 1/4 c. finely chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 to 3/4 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
Method
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients, except nuts. Beat for 2 minutes on medium speed until well blended.
- Can stir in 1/4 cup of nuts, but I just put nuts on outside.
- Cover.
- Chill for 1 hour or longer.
- Spread nuts on waxed paper or foil.
- Form chilled mixture into log shape.
- Roll in nuts until all nuts are rolled in.
- Wrap in some foil and chill.
- Can be frozen and thaws quite fast.
