Ingredients

  • 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (4 oz.) pkg. Blue cheese, crumbled
  • 4 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded or cold cheese product
  • 1/4 c. finely chopped onion
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 to 3/4 c. chopped pecans or walnuts

Method

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients, except nuts. Beat for 2 minutes on medium speed until well blended.
  • Can stir in 1/4 cup of nuts, but I just put nuts on outside.
  • Cover.
  • Chill for 1 hour or longer.
  • Spread nuts on waxed paper or foil.
  • Form chilled mixture into log shape.
  • Roll in nuts until all nuts are rolled in.
  • Wrap in some foil and chill.
  • Can be frozen and thaws quite fast.
