Ingredients
- 1 lb. carrots
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, chunked or grated
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 c. light cream
- 2 Tbsp. butter
Method
- Cook carrots with salt and sugar until tender.
- Drain.
- Add cream, butter and layer with cheese.
- Pour in baking dish and bake at 300° for about 30 minutes or until cheese is fully melted.
