Ingredients
- salmon
- Herbes de Provence or fine herbs
- seasoning salt
- lemon pepper
- mayonnaise
- parsley
Method
- Double aluminum foil and punch holes in it.
- Place fish on foil.
- Season fish with herbs, seasoning salt and lemon pepper. Spread mayonnaise on top of fish.
- Sprinkle with parsley.
- Bake for 10 to 15 minutes in closed grill.
