Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (Philadelphia)
- 1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
- 1/3 c. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 can cherry pie filling
- graham cracker crust
Method
- Lay cream cheese out to soften.
- Blend cream cheese with milk until light and fluffy.
- Add vanilla and lemon juice and mix well. Pour into graham cracker crust.
- Chill 3 to 4 hours, until set. Top with pie filling.
