Ingredients
- 1 lb. sharp cheese, grated
- 1 lb. butter, softened
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. red pepper
- 4 c. flour
- pecan halves
Method
- Cream cheese with butter.
- Add salt and pepper.
- Stir in flour cup by cup (dough should be soft).
- Roll into small balls, about the size of a nickel.
- Press on ungreased cookie sheet.
- Top with pecan half.
- Bake for 12 minutes at 375°.
