Ingredients
- 1 lb. bulk sausage
- 1/2 Cup long grain rice
- 3/4 cup chopped celery
- 3 thinly sliced carrots
- 1 Tbsp. onion
- 1 can chicken broth
Method
- In large skillet brown sausage and drain well. Stir in rice, celery, carrots, onion and broth; bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat; cover and simmer 45 minutes, stirring occasionally until liquid is absorbed and rice is done.
