Ingredients
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1/2 lb. margarine or butter
- 2 oz. Blue cheese
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 tsp. garlic, minced
- chives to taste (optional)
- 2 c. finely chopped pecans (optional)
Method
- Allow cheeses and margarine to soften to room temperature. Mix all ingredients except nuts.
- Return mixture to refrigerator to harden slightly.
- Roll into 3 equal balls and roll in pecans.
