Ingredients
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. chopped celery
- 1/4 c. chopped green pepper (optional)
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 c. hot water
- 1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1/3 c. uncooked long grain rice
- 1 Tbsp. instant chicken bouillon
Method
- Combine onion, celery and butter in pan until vegetables are tender-crisp. Stir in remaining ingredients. Simmer until liquid is absorbed and rice is tender.
