Ingredients
- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
- 6 oz. jar Kraft Old English Cheddar cheese spread
- 6 oz. jar Kraft Roka spread (may substitute another flavor if this one not available)
- 1 Tbsp. minced onion, fresh or dried
Method
- Have cheeses at room temperature.
- Mix all ingredients until smoothly blended.
- If too soft, refrigerate until semi-firm.
- Form a ball on cheese plate or tray, using spoon and/or knife to create symmetrical shape.
- You may decorate with parsley flakes or chopped pecans.
