Ingredients

  • 6 whole Boneless Chicken Breast
  • 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 cup Franks Red Hot Buffalo Wing Sauce
  • 1 cup Shredded Part Skim Mozzarella
  • 1/2 cups Dry Ranch Seasoning
  • 3 Tablespoons Chopped Red Onion
  • 3 Tablespoons Chopped Seeded Jalapeno
  • 1 whole Diced Tomato
  • 3 Tablespoons Chopped Cilantro
  • 1 whole Pitted And Chopped Avocado
  • 2 Tablespoons Lime Juice
  • 1 stalk Chopped Celery, To Serve

Method

  • Place chicken breast, Greek yogurt, wing sauce, mozzarella and dry ranch in slow cooker on high and cook for 4-6 hours.
  • In separate bowl mix onion, jalapeno, tomato, cilantro, avocado and lime juice.
  • Garnish buffalo dip with your homemade salsa and dig in with your celery sticks.
