Ingredients
- 6 whole Boneless Chicken Breast
- 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 cup Franks Red Hot Buffalo Wing Sauce
- 1 cup Shredded Part Skim Mozzarella
- 1/2 cups Dry Ranch Seasoning
- 3 Tablespoons Chopped Red Onion
- 3 Tablespoons Chopped Seeded Jalapeno
- 1 whole Diced Tomato
- 3 Tablespoons Chopped Cilantro
- 1 whole Pitted And Chopped Avocado
- 2 Tablespoons Lime Juice
- 1 stalk Chopped Celery, To Serve
Method
- Place chicken breast, Greek yogurt, wing sauce, mozzarella and dry ranch in slow cooker on high and cook for 4-6 hours.
- In separate bowl mix onion, jalapeno, tomato, cilantro, avocado and lime juice.
- Garnish buffalo dip with your homemade salsa and dig in with your celery sticks.
