Ingredients
- 8 to 10 cooked potatoes
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
Method
- Beat potatoes until smooth.
- Add cubed cream cheese.
- Whip. Add garlic salt and 1 cup sour cream.
- Place in a 2-quart casserole; dot with butter.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or may be put in the deep freeze and warmed in microwave.
