Ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 to 1 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. flour
- 1 can sliced apples (using about 1/2 c. of juice in bottom of casserole dish)
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
Method
- Cream butter and sugar.
- Add flour and mix.
- Add small chunks of cheese and mix well.
- Place apples in quart casserole dish and spread cheese mixture on top.
- Bake at 325° for 30 to 35 minutes.
