Ingredients
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/3 c. soft margarine
- 1 Tbsp. milk
- 1 c. crushed potato chips
- 3/4 c. flour
Method
- Combine cheese, margarine and milk at medium speed in mixer until well blended.
- Add combined potato chips and flour.
- Mix well.
- Shape teaspoons and flour.
- Mix well.
- Shape teaspoonfuls into balls and place on ungreased cookie sheets.
- Flatten slightly.
- Bake at 375°
- for 12 to 14 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Makes approximately 3 dozen.
