Ingredients
- 1 small head cabbage
- 3 medium carrots
- 1 small onion
- 2 Tbsp. pickle juice
- 3 Tbsp. milk
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp. celery seed
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Grate cabbage, carrots and onions; set aside.
- Add pickle juice, milk and celery seed to mayonnaise; stir well.
- Add mixture to cabbage, carrots and onions.
- Blend; cover tightly and store in refrigerator.
