- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 Tbsp. chopped pimiento
- 1 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
- 1 Tbsp. minced onion
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- dash of salt
- dash of red pepper
Method
- Combine all ingredients, except pecans. Mix well. Chill at least 1 hour. Shape into a ball and coat with pecans. Yields 1 cheese ball.
