Ingredients
- 1 c. self-rising corn meal
- 1/3 c. vegetable oil
- 1 c. cream-style corn
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. sour cream
Method
- Measure corn meal in a 2-quart bowl.
- Break eggs in a 1 1/2-quart to a 2-quart bowl.
- Beat and blend in remaining ingredients.
- Pour over corn meal and beat well to blend.
- For a thick bread, pour into a greased 8-inch square pan and bake in a 400° oven for 25 minutes.
