Ingredients
- 1 can corned beef
- 1 box lemon Jell-O
- 1 1/2 c. hot water
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 2 c. celery, chopped
- 1 pepper, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
Method
- Pat corned beef in bottom of pan.
- Dissolve Jell-O in hot water.
- Cool.
- Add mayonnaise.
- Blend.
- Add celery, pepper and onion.
- Refrigerate.
