Ingredients

  • 1 (4.5 oz.) jar whole button mushrooms
  • 1 tsp. butter
  • 1 tsp. olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely minced, or 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
  • 1 tsp. shallot, finely minced
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Sauterne cooking wine

Method

  • Drain mushrooms and set aside.
  • Melt butter and combine olive oil.
  • Add remaining ingredients and saute for about 5 minutes. Add mushrooms and continue to saute, turning occasionally, for 5 to 8 minutes (until thoroughly heated, but not browned).
  • Serve promptly with lightly spooned sauce.
