Ingredients
- 4 Basa Fillets
- 1 cup unsweetened Coconut
- 2/3 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon Curry Powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 each tablespoons Butter & Olive Oil
- 1 egg + 1 Tbsp Water
Method
- Dip Fish one piece at a time into 1/3 cup flour, shake off excess. Then beat egg and water together. In a seperate bowl mix remaining flour with coconut and spices. Dip floured fish into egg mixture then the cconut mixture.
- In a fry pan hear oil and butter together. Once hot add the fish until browned on both sides. Serve with rice and beans.
