- 1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 medium sweet gherkin pickles, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. dill weed
- 2 c. thickly sliced celery
- 1 small apple, diced
- 1 c. sliced, cooked beets
- 1 c. diced, cooked potatoes
- salad greens
Method
- Blend soup, lemon juice, pickles and dill in a bowl.
- Toss with celery, apple, beets and potatoes.
- Chill 4 hours or more. Serve on salad greens.
