Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup (2 sticks) butter or margarine, softened
- 2 pkg. ( 4 oz. each) BAKER'S GERMAN'S Sweet Chocolate
- 3/4 cup butter or margarine
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup half-and-half
- 1 pkg. (10-1/2 oz.) flavored miniature marshmallows or 12 large marshmallows
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Method
- Crust: MIX flour and sugar in large bowl.
- Add butter, mixing with electric mixer on medium speed until blended.
- Spread onto bottom of 13x9-inch baking pan.
- Bake at 350F 18 to 20 minutes or until lightly browned; cool.
- Filling: MELT chocolate and butter in heavy saucepan on very low heat, stirring constantly until just melted.
- BEAT chocolate mixture, sugar and half-and-half with electric mixer on medium speed until blended.
- Gently stir in marshmallows and pecans.
- Pour over crust.
- Refrigerate several hours.
- Cut into squares.
- Microwave Tip: To melt chocolate and butter: Place chocolate, unwrapped and broken in half, and butter in microwavable dish.
- Microwave on HIGH 1-1/2 to 2 minutes or until almost melted, stirring halfway through heating time.
- Remove from oven; stir until completely melted.
