Ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- juice of 2 lemons
- 1 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
- 1 unbaked pie shell
Method
- Cream butter and sugar; add eggs, flour, juice of 2 lemons and grated lemon rind.
- Pour into unbaked pie shell.
- Bake 1 hour at 325°.
- Serve with whipped cream.
