Ingredients
- 6 to 8 catfish fillets
- 1 Tbsp. milk
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 c. margarine, melted
Method
- Dip catfish in combined milk and egg.
- Combine cheese, flour and seasoning.
- Cover fillets with cheese mixture.
- Spray baking dish.
- Pour margarine over catfish and bake until golden brown at 350°.
