Ingredients
- 6 to 8 medium carrots, sliced
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. cold water
- 1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 c. pecans, coarsely chopped
Method
- Cook on high for 9 to 11 minutes the carrots, sugar and butter.
- Mix water and cornstarch and add.
- Add pecans, cover and cook on High 2 to 4 minutes.
- Makes 6 to 8 servings.
