Ingredients
- 2 large carrots
- 2 medium potatoes
- 1 to 2 leeks (white)
- 3 c. chicken broth
- 1 c. plain yogurt
- salt, pepper and chives
Method
- Peel and cut in several pieces the carrots and peel and cube potatoes.
- Blend first 3 ingredients, then put in pan with chicken stock.
- Boil gently for 1/2 hour.
