- 3 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. shredded carrot
- 1 Tbsp. shelled sunflower seeds
- 4 Boston lettuce leaves
- 1/4 c. grape jelly
- 1/2 c. creamed cottage cheese
- 2 Tbsp. chopped raisins
- 8 slices whole wheat bread
Method
- Blend together the cream cheese and grape jelly.
- Stir in the cottage cheese, carrots, raisins and nuts.
- Put together sandwiches.
- Makes 4 sandwiches.
