Ingredients

  • 16 ounces porterhouse steaks or 16 ounces rib eye steaks, with good marbling. about 1 inch thick
  • 1 teaspoon adolfs meat tenderizer
  • 2 teaspoons Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
  • 12 teaspoon seasoning salt
  • 12 teaspoon garlic powder

Method

  • Partially freeze steak about an hour.
  • Light coals in grill and allow coals to turn an ash gray color.
  • Sprinkle each side of steak with half of meat tenderizer,seasoned salt, and garlic powder.
  • Poke holes in both sides of steak and sprinkle each side with the worcestershire sauce.
  • Rub seasonings into meat and Grill over hot coals to desired doneness.
