Ingredients
- 16 c. popped corn
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/4 c. light corn syrup
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Place popped corn in a brown grocery bag.
- Combine next 4 ingredients in a large bowl.
- Microwave 2 1/2 minutes; stir well. Boil in microwave for 3 minutes; stir well.
- Add soda and vanilla; stir very well.
- Pour over corn in bag.
- Shake very well. Microwave on High for 1 minute; shake well.
- Microwave on High for 1 minute; shake well.
- Microwave on High 1/2 minute; shake well. Microwave on High for 1/2 minute; shake well.
- Pour onto cookie sheets.
- Cool and store in airtight container.
