Ingredients
- 2 c. sugar
- 6 egg whites
- 3 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- raspberry preserves
- whipped cream
Method
- Beat all ingredients until very stiff.
- Bake in large pan, ungreased, for 1 1/2 hours at 250°.
- Remove from oven and let cool.
- Take top off and fill with raspberry preserves.
- Cover with whipped cream.
- Put top back on and serve.
- (Top will come off in pieces.)
