Ingredients

  • 2 c. uncooked macaroni
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 2 c. diced chicken, turkey or ham

Method

  • Prepare macaroni according to package directions and drain. Combine milk, soup and cheese and simmer until cheese is melted. Mix macaroni, cheese sauce, onion, green and black pepper.
  • Pour into 1 1/2 quart casserole dish and bake in 325° oven for 30 minutes or 6 to 8 minutes in microwave.
