Ingredients
- 6 tablespoons margarine
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 pineapple small, peeled, cored, sliced
- ice cream to serve
Method
- Melt margarine in a large frying pan. Add sugar, stirring until mixture starts to bubble. Add pineapple. Cook for 8-10 mins over medium heat, until golden and tender.
- Drizzle pineapple with pan juices and serve with ice cream.
