Ingredients
- 2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. white corn syrup
- 1 c. margarine or butter
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. soda
- Pop corn enough to make 8 qt.
Method
- Separate large muscles in upper part of hind legs, can use some around scapula if large.
- Freeze.
- When ready to make jerky, half thaw so it's easy to cut thin strips, cut with grain 1/8 to 1/4 inch thick.
