Ingredients
- 6 pork chops (1/2-inch thick)
- pepper to taste
- 3/4 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- salt to taste
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
Method
- Sprinkle chops with salt and pepper.
- Brown in oil in skillet. Place in a shallow baking dish.
- Combine remaining ingredients and pour over the chops.
- Cover.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour, basting occasionally.
