Ingredients
- 3/4 c. warm water
- 1 pkg. dried yeast
- 2 1/2 c. Bisquick or Jiffy mix
Method
- Put yeast in a bowl big enough to mix dough.
- Add warm water to yeast and let stand a few minutes.
- Add Bisquick and mix like bread dough.
- When it forms a ball, spread it on an oiled pizza pan or cookie sheet.
- Let stand a few minutes.
- Add your pizza sauce and toppings as desired (cheese, pepperoni, etc.).
- Bake in a 425° oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
