Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. Kraft caramels
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 4 c. small pecan halves
- 1 pkg. sweet or semi-sweet chocolate
Method
- Place first 3 ingredients in large bowl.
- Microwave, stirring often, until melted.
- Add pecans and coat well.
- Place on greased cookie sheet in small mounds.
- Melt chocolate in glass measuring cup in microwave.
- Pour slowly over pecans mounds.
