Ingredients
- 2 c. brown sugar
- 2 sticks oleo
- 1/2 c. white Karo syrup
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 6 qt. popped popcorn
- nuts (optional)
Method
- Combine oleo, brown sugar, Karo syrup and salt in pan.
- Heat to boiling.
- Boil for 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat.
- Add baking soda.
- Pour over popped corn.
- Spread on 2 cookie sheets.
- Put into 200° oven for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
