Ingredients
- 2 c. shredded cabbage
- 3/4 c. shredded carrot
- 1/4 c. thinly sliced Bermuda onion
- 1/2 c. low-fat plain yogurt
- 2 tsp. cooking oil
- 1 tsp. prepared horseradish
Method
- Combine cabbage, carrot and onion.
- Stir together yogurt, oil, horseradish, 1/8 teaspoon salt and dash of pepper.
- Toss all together.
- Chill several hours.
- Makes 4 servings.
