Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts, boiled and cut into desired pieces
- 1 large onion, diced
- 1 (15 oz.) can English peas, drained
- 1 can cream of potato soup
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 pkg. saltine crackers
- 1 stick butter, melted
Method
- Mix chicken, onion and peas together.
- Mix soup, milk and sour cream together and fold into chicken mixture.
- Pour into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
- Break saltines over top and pour butter over saltines.
- Bake at 325° for 25 to 30 minutes.
