Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts, boiled and cut into desired pieces
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 1 (15 oz.) can English peas, drained
  • 1 can cream of potato soup
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 pkg. saltine crackers
  • 1 stick butter, melted

Method

  • Mix chicken, onion and peas together.
  • Mix soup, milk and sour cream together and fold into chicken mixture.
  • Pour into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
  • Break saltines over top and pour butter over saltines.
  • Bake at 325° for 25 to 30 minutes.
