Ingredients
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 2 eggs
- soy sauce
- 1 c. cooked rice
Method
- Fry hamburger, onions and green peppers.
- When almost done, put to side of pan and scramble eggs in same pan.
- When done, add cooked rice.
- Add soy sauce, salt and pepper to flavor.
