Ingredients

  • 20 oz. can sliced peaches
  • 20 oz. can chunk pineapple
  • 16 oz. can mandarin oranges
  • 1 box vanilla pudding
  • 1 box vanilla tapioca pudding
  • 2 sliced bananas
  • sliced grapes
  • sliced strawberries
  • 1 jar rinsed maraschino cherries

Method

  • Drain peaches, pineapple and oranges, saving juice.
  • Add water to fruit juice to make 3 cups liquid. Add both boxes of pudding to the liquid in a quart dish. Cover and microwave on High until thick (3 to 4 minutes).
  • Cool pudding mix.
  • Cut pineapple and peaches into bite size pieces.
  • Mix with pudding mix and oranges. Just before serving, add bananas, grapes, strawberries and cherries.
