Ingredients
- 1 c. diced cooked potatoes
- 1 c. diced cooked carrots
- 1 c. cooked peas
- 1 can pimientos, chopped
- 2 tsp. chopped onion
- 2 tsp. chopped parsley
- 1/4 c. French dressing
- 1/2 head lettuce
Method
- Combine potatoes, carrots and peas.
- Add pimientos, onion and parsley.
- Add French dressing.
- Chill 1 hour.
- Add lettuce, broken in bite size pieces.
- Toss lightly.
