Ingredients
- 1/2 c seasoned dry bread crumbs
- 1/4 c chopped fresh parsley or
- 1 tbsp parsley flakes
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1-1/4 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 tbsp butter
- Spaghetti or barbecue sauce, warmed, if desired
Method
- Mix bread crumbs, parsley, salt and garlic.
- Dip chicken strips into egg.
- Coat with bread crumb mixture. Melt butter in 10 inch skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook chicken in butter 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the center is no longer pink.
