Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup crushed corn flakes
  • 1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
  • 2 tsp. sesame seed
  • Dash each of salt, onion, powder and garlic powder
  • 4 boneless chicken breasts pounded to 1/2 inch thick
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 4 Tbsp. peanut oil or olive oil

Method

  • Mix bread crumbs, corn flakes, sesame seed and seasonings. Dip chicken in buttermilk then into crumb mixture, coating both sides.
  • Heat oil in large skillet. Brown chicken on both sides. Dip in Teriyaki sauce made from 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce and 1 Tbsp. corn starch, heated till thickened.
