Ingredients
- 1/2 cup crushed corn flakes
- 1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- 2 tsp. sesame seed
- Dash each of salt, onion, powder and garlic powder
- 4 boneless chicken breasts pounded to 1/2 inch thick
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 4 Tbsp. peanut oil or olive oil
Method
- Mix bread crumbs, corn flakes, sesame seed and seasonings. Dip chicken in buttermilk then into crumb mixture, coating both sides.
- Heat oil in large skillet. Brown chicken on both sides. Dip in Teriyaki sauce made from 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce and 1 Tbsp. corn starch, heated till thickened.
