Ingredients
- 4 cups hot coffee
- 14 cup thinly sliced orange peel
- 1 orange, peeled & sliced
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon aromatic bitters
- 12 cup whipping cream, whipped
Method
- Measure coffee into a flameproof glass pot.
- Add orange peel and orange slices, steeping over low heat 15 minutes.
- Add sugar and bitters, then strain and pour into warmed heatproof glasses.
- Top with whipped cream.
