- 5 c. regular oats
- 1 c. sunflower seeds
- 1 c. flaked coconut
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1 c. sesame seed
- 1 c. whole wheat flour
- 1 c. dry milk
- 1 c. wheat germ
- 1 c. honey
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. salad oil
Method
- Mix the first 8 ingredients until well blended.
- Mix honey, milk and oil.
- Pour over dry ingredients; stir well.
- Spread on baking sheet. Bake at 300° for 30 minutes.
- Stir often. Cool. Store in sandwich bags.
