Ingredients
- 2 1/2 c. shredded cabbage
- 1 large apple
- 3 Tbsp. red wine
- 1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 1 bay leaf
Method
- Slice apple.
- Shred cabbage.
- Place apples and cabbage in pan with vinegars, wine and bay leaf.
- Cover and simmer on low for 30 minutes.
- When done, remove bay leaf.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
