- 1 (8 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
- 1 can Campbell's tomato soup
- 2 pkg. instant chicken broth
- 1 1/2 c. chopped cabbage
- 1 Tbsp. minced onion
- 2 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 c. sliced carrots
- dash of Italian seasoning
- black pepper and salt to taste
Method
- In saucepan, combine tomatoes, soup, broth and onion. Cover and bring to a boil; simmer 10 to 15 minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat. Simmer 10 to 15 minutes.
