Ingredients
- 8 c. green cabbage, ground fine
- 1 bell pepper, green or red, chopped fine
- 1 tsp. horseradish mixed with 1 tsp. celery seed
- 1 c. white vinegar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
Method
- Heat vinegar, salt and sugar.
- Bring to boil and pour over cabbage.
- Let it cool.
- Keeps for weeks.
