Ingredients
- flour tortillas
- 16 oz. sour cream
- 16 oz. cream cheese
- 3 or 4 green onions
Method
- Chop green onions very fine.
- Soften cream cheese and mix with sour cream and onions.
- Spoon about 1 to 1 1/2 tablespoons on a tortilla shell and roll.
- Set in refrigerator overnight.
- Cut in about 1 to 2-inch pieces.
- Makes 2 dozen.
- Serve with salsa.
