Ingredients
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. celery, chopped
- 1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
- 1 1/2 lb. ground hamburger
- salt
- pepper
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
- 1/2 head cabbage, chopped
- 1 (16 oz.) can Ranch Style beans
- 1 1/2 c. water
Method
- Saute first three ingredients until onion is clear.
- Saute until all red disappears from meat; salt and pepper to taste.
- Add all remaining ingredients and simmer 1 1/2 hours.
